Yes, absolutely. We design custom enclosures based on the exact dimensions, lens throw ratio, and BTU heat output of your specific projector model (e.g., Panasonic, Epson, Christie, Barco). We support everything from 5,000-lumen compact units to 40,000-lumen large venue projectors.
How do I choose between fan cooling and air conditioning?
Fan cooling is generally sufficient for temperate climates and projectors under 15,000 lumens. Air conditioning (AC) is required for high-lumen laser projectors (which generate significant heat), extreme ambient temperatures (above 35°C), or environments with high humidity where active dehumidification is necessary.
Can the enclosure prevent condensation on the lens?
Yes. Our intelligent temperature control board monitors internal conditions. If the temperature drops below 5°C or humidity rises above 85%, the integrated heating module automatically starts, warming the interior to prevent dew formation on the optical glass.
Is it suitable for desert, seaside or high-humidity environments?
For extreme environments like seaside (salt spray) or deserts (fine sand), we recommend our Fully Sealed Internal Circulation Series. We also offer material upgrades to 304 or 316 stainless steel to provide maximum corrosion resistance.
